Discover Nantucket’s hippest boutique bed and breakfast, where sophisticated design balances in harmony with the historic structure from 1830. With clean lines, crisp colors and decorative fireplaces, Chapman House offers classic design, with an added hint of edginess and bold hues. In addition to 14 rooms featuring a king or queen-size bed, the property features a common patio area to enjoy throughout the day.

Fully updated private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, luxurious Malin & Goetz bath products, and Frette towels. Room is also well equipped with TV, personal climate-control, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, Keurig coffee machine and a mini fridge. Petite rooms have less floor space than our other room types so this room is perfect for single travelers or couples looking for a cozy getaway. Max occupancy 2.

    Designed for those who enjoy a little extra space, this newly renovated room (May 2025) offers both comfort and flexibility. Featuring a plush queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa, it’s ideal for couples, friends, or small families. The bathroom is notably spacious—one of the largest at Chapman House—complete with fresh finishes and thoughtful touches.
